At Beta Prep, we understand that buyers may change their minds, and we are here to help our customers save money. We accept customer returns and handle the entire process for you. Our team will inspect, count, and report back to you on the condition of the returned items. We will also determine the best course of action for the returned items, whether it be disposal, recycling, or donation.
Our business is focused on providing cost-effective solutions for our customers. If we have previously prepared or shipped your products from our warehouses, we can easily accept them as returns from your customers. We will inspect, count, and provide a detailed report on each returned item, including scanning each returned box and calculating the FNSKU. We can then easily add these items to your next shipment.
